This program doesn’t come with a nutrition plan. It is focusing solely on getting you stronger and more confident in the gym. With our weekly videos and Femme Society Forums you will be able to reach out to our coaches for guidance on how to support your progress with nutrition, however personalised diets are only available if you sign up to work with one of our coaches directly.
